Refund & Return Policy
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact us. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Damaged and Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To help us process your request faster, please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@cildra.com.
No Return Policy
At this time, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Thank you for your understanding.
