Order Processing Times

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.

An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address.

In some cases, processing times may take longer due to unexpected circumstances such as high order volume, stock availability, customs inspections, or severe weather conditions.

We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Estimated delivery times below refer to the shipping time after your order has been dispatched.

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 6-9 Business Days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 10-12 Business Days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6-8 Business Days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control. If a product is being shipped worldwide, there may be unexpected customs delays. This could increase the overall delivery time frame from what you see above.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed as orders may be processed quickly.

Delayed Deliveries

We understand that receiving your order on time is important, and we always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

However, in some cases, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen logistics issues.

Additionally, delays may occur due to factors such as high order volume, stock availability, address verification, or payment processing. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will gladly assist you by checking the status with the carrier and helping resolve any issues.

While exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, we are committed to keeping you informed and supporting you throughout the delivery process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package is lost or goes missing, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. However, if your package appears to be delayed, lost in transit, or missing, please contact us at support@cildra.com, and we will actively assist you by contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation on your behalf.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office, as they may have additional information. At the same time, please reach out to us — we will continue to assist you in locating your package. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but reported as stolen after delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.

While some delivery issues may be outside of our direct control, we are committed to supporting you and will do everything we reasonably can to help resolve the situation and ensure a positive experience.

Revoget reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of the Shipping Policy before making a purchase and using our products.
